Purpose:

As the Outbound Warehouse Coordinator, your role will be to oversee and optimise all outbound operations within the warehouse. You will be responsible for coordinating store replenishments, managing online order fulfilment, and ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely dispatch of all goods.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily outbound operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Plan and manage weekly store replenishments across all locations.

• Oversee and prioritise online (ecommerce) order fulfilment to meet dispatch deadlines.

• Ensure all outbound orders are accurate and meet company quality standards.

• Monitor team performance and workflow to maximise efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with inventory and inbound teams to resolve stock discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate system records and ensure all orders are processed correctly in the system.

• Communicate with courier partners and manage collection schedules.

• Identify process improvements to streamline outbound operations.

• Assist in managing and leading a team of warehouse staff.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Experience managing and motivating a team.

• Good understanding of warehouse processes and order fulfilment.

• Proficient in warehouse systems and Excel; experience with Cin7 Core (DEAR) is advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Qualification/s:

Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).

Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 2 3 years in a supervisory or coordination role.

Additional Information:

• The position is full time (08:30 – 17:00)

• Start Date: 1 June 2026

• Warehouse based in Milnerton
