Junior Retail Advisor – Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our founding team at Burnt Studios Walmer Park.

As a Junior Retail Advisor, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and high-energy store environment while delivering excellent customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow within retail, learn from a high-performing team, and be part of building something exciting from the very beginning.

We are looking for individuals with strong attitudes, a willingness to learn, and a passion for people, teamwork, and the Burnt Studios lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging customer service on the shop floor.

• Maintain high store presentation and cleanliness standards at all times.

• Assist with stock replenishment and general floor organisation.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Grade 12 / Matric preferred, but not a prerequisite.
