Our V&A Waterfront store is our flagship — our highest trading, highest energy environment — and we’re looking for a Senior Store Manager who can lead from the front.

This is not a conventional retail role.

We need a high-performance operator — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high stock-turn environment and understands that excellence lives in the details. This role requires a rare balance: operational precision, commercial awareness, and strong, people-first leadership.

You will be responsible for driving performance in a store that sets the standard for the rest of retail.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven retail leader with experience managing high-volume, high-pressure environments

• Someone energetic, youthful, and culture-driven — aligned with the Burnt lifestyle and community

• A hands-on operator who isn’t afraid to get involved on the ground while thinking strategically

• Strong stock and operational management expertise — efficiency is non-negotiable

• A no-nonsense leader who leads with clarity, accountability, and intent

• Deeply people-focused — able to build, develop, and inspire high performing teams

• Someone who understands that retail is detail, discipline, and consistency

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage Burnt’s top performing store, setting the benchmark for excellence

• Drive sales performance through team leadership, customer experience, and operational execution

• Oversee stock flow, replenishment, and control in a high-turn environment

• Build a strong team culture rooted in accountability, energy, and performance

• Develop and grow your team — creating future leaders within the business

• Partner with Regionals, VM & Operations to ensure alignment on strategy, operations, and brand execution

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, systems, and store performance
