We are looking for a driven and people focused retail leader to help shape the culture, performance, and customer experience of our very first Burnt Studios store in Port Elizabeth.
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the success of the store through strong leadership, operational excellence, and team development. This role requires someone who can lead confidently on the floor, support the growth of the team, and contribute to creating an exceptional retail environment every single day.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, maintain high standards, and help build a team culture that reflects the Burnt Studios brand and community.
Key Responsibilities
Support the overall performance of the store through strong sales execution and customer experience.
Lead and motivate the team while helping maintain a positive, high performance store culture.
Oversee stock flow, replenishment, and daily operational standards within the store.
Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth day to-day execution.
Identify opportunities to improve store performance, processes, and team effectiveness.
Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and strong attention to detail.

Experience & Qualifications
3–5 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
A relevant Diploma or Degree in Retail Business Management, Organisational Psychology, Operations, or a related field will be advantageous.
